KCO6 is a member of the Arabidopsis thaliana K+ channel family of AtTPK/KCO proteins. KCO6 is found in the thylakoid stromal lamellae and modulates the partitioning of the proton motive force (pmf) between the delta psi and delta pH in chloroplasts in vivo at physiological light intensities. |
